As of April 1, 2007, Komatsu Forklift Co., Ltd. and Komatsu Zenoah Co. merged to come into a new entity as Komatsu Utility Co., Ltd. In combination with forklift trucks and mini construction equipment businesses on the new domain identity of "Utility", Komatsu Utility Co., Ltd. now continues pursuing quality and reliability being supported with the accumulated technology and know-how of Komatsu Forklift and Komatsu Zenoah as the driving force for the new company. Komatsu Forklift merged with Komatsu Zenoah and renamed to Komatsu Utility on April 1, 2007.
